Leave a legacy for people and the planet

Contributions to Population Connection Action Fund, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit advocacy organization, are not tax-deductible. But these gifts are a good option if you want to support our legislative or political advocacy efforts well into the future.

Please use the following language when you make or amend your will or estate plan document:

“I give _______ [percentage or amount] to Population Connection Action Fund, Tax ID 46-3083014, a
Washington, DC nonprofit corporation, currently located at 2120 L Street NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20037, to be used by Population Connection Action Fund to educate the American people and advocate progressive action to stabilize world population at a level that can be sustained by Earth’s resources. If Population Connection Action Fund (or its successor) ceases to exist as a Population Connection entity, then the Board of Directors of Population Connection shall have sole authority in administering the funds.”

You can notify us that you’ve included Population Connection Action Fund in your estate plans by filling out a Bequest Notification Form.

Other ways to give now and in the future

You may also make gifts of stock or cash to Population Connection Action Fund. As well, it could make sense for you to designate Population Connection Action Fund as a beneficiary of your retirement or other financial account.
